At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original APM Monaco box and pouch, ensuring the security seal remains intact and all certificates are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or APM Monaco boutique.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
